Job summary

PEAK Construction Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to drive operational excellence across diverse projects nationwide. You will lead coordination between PEAK teams and subcontractors, manage budgets, schedules, and procurement, and ensure on-time, under-budget project delivery.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, client relationship building, and continuous improvement on site and in the office. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–10 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CM, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 5–10 years of construction project management experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, bid management and cost reporting skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day project execution within schedule and budget, building strong client/stakeholder relationships.
• Define budgets, general conditions, cost allocations, and oversee subcontractor agreements.
• Develop and maintain Master Project Schedule using CPM scheduling techniques.
• Coordinate pre-construction, procurement, execution, and closeout activities while mitigating risks.
