Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in construction project management.
• Strong CPD commitment and track record delivering on time and budget.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of contract management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate design development, site operations and subcontractors.
• Manage weekly work programmes and progress reporting.
• Ensure health and safety standards and quality targets.
• Collaborate with Contracts Manager, design teams and clients.
• Attend weekly management meetings and drive issue resolution.
• Monitor budget, programme, and commercial performance.
