Job summary

Oradeo Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading Irish construction contractor in Limerick. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate multiple projects and ensure delivery within programme, budget and quality, health and safety standards.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will manage resources, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with building regulations and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant third-level education or recognised trade qualifications.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and project reporting tools.
• Experience with cost control and project budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of construction sites.
• Lead and motivate site teams to meet objectives.
• Coordinate construction activities within programme and budget.
• Manage resources including labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Liaise with clients, main contractors and subcontractors to ensure delivery.
