Job summary

Oradeo Recruitment are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading construction contractor on projects based in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in a Site Management role.
• Previous experience working with a main contractor is essential.
• Experience on large-scale commercial, residential or mixed-use development projects is highly advantageous.
• Third-level qualification in a construction-related discipline or a relevant trades background.
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent delegation, leadership and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritise workloads and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and monitor the day-to-day activities of the site labour force and specialist subcontractors.
• Work closely with the Project Management team to monitor construction progress and ensure agreed programme targets are achieved.
• Ensure all construction works are completed to the highest possible quality standards and in accordance with project specifications.
• Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, company policies and site procedures at all times.
• Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors and the wider supply chain to ensure the efficient delivery of site activities.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and the wider site team.
• Promote a collaborative and productive working environment across all site operations.
