  • Review, recommend, and approve contracts and cost estimates while managing change control performance
  • Lead daily and weekly project meetings, track action items, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Support turnover activities from construction through commissioning and handoff to operations teams
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining overall project objectives
  • Monitor and report on safety performance, schedule adherence, quality of deliverables, and cost management
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects including cost, schedule, quality, and risk management
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing construction scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent for milestone tracking and critical path analysis

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, or a related field required
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred
  • Background in electrical, mechanical, civil, or construction management disciplines highly desirable
  • Experience managing contractor relationships, budgets, change orders, and technical issue resolution on large-scale construction programs
