Job summary

AlphaGov is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial interior projects, overseeing drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring, and finishes from mobilization through closeout. You will balance field operations, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client expectations to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial interior construction.
• Direct experience managing drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring, or related interior finish projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct commercial interior projects from mobilization through installation, turnover, and closeout.
• Establish schedules, budgets, procurement timelines, staffing plans, and priorities.
• Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients throughout execution.
• Monitor costs, billing, and change orders to protect project margins.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates on schedules, risks, and decisions.
