AlphaGov is seeking a Commercial Interior Construction Project Manager in Melbourne, FL to direct drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and related interior construction projects. You will coordinate field execution, control costs, manage trade partners, and keep the project on schedule from award through handover.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of PM experience in commercial interior construction.
• Direct experience managing drywall and metal framing projects.
• Experience interpreting drawings, specs, contracts, and submittals.

• Owns coordination of field execution, costs, and schedule from award to handover.
• Lead project teams, manage trade partners, and maintain project profitability.
• Develop timelines, budgets, purchasing plans, and staffing needs.
• Review plans and contracts to confirm deliverables and resolve conflicts before work starts.

• Monitor labor and material usage, billing, and schedule performance.
