Qualifications

• Experience directing site teams and coordinating with design professionals.
• Ability to review plans, schedule, and budget.
• Experience enforcing safety regulations on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the project schedule.
• Review project plans and provide comments on design, schedule, cost savings, and construction issues.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost forecasts.
• Assist in assembling job site and equipment requirements.
• Warmly and professionally communicate with clients and lead trades on-site.
• Expedite shop drawings and approvals; monitor schedule.
• Track and discuss issues at job-site meetings and with the client.
• Maintain CO logs and handle change orders and invoicing.
• Ensure Occupational Health and Safety Act compliance on site.
• Produce final close-outs with accurate as-builts.
