The role emphasizes client satisfaction, cost control, and coordinating with subcontractors to meet project goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• Four (4) year construction management degree or its equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years demonstrated construction project management experience.
• Timberline/Sage 300 Estimating, Procore software skills are a plus, but not a requirement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented and able to work with customers professionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bid packages for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare estimates and project budgets using Timberline/Sage 300.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings with customers and subcontractors.
• Review and implement schedules with job superintendents.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and resources to job sites.
• Ensure subcontractors meet Rice Companies requirements.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets to meet timeline and costs.
• Review and approve subcontractor/vendor billings weekly.
• Interact with customers to manage cost changes and change orders.
• Oversee project completion and punch list requirements.
• Maintain ongoing customer communication to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote Rice Companies Safety Program.
