Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of project management experience in construction or related divisions.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Knowledge of Division 8/Division 10/aluminum storefront projects is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives and ensure feasibility and alignment with stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs with proper verification.
• Report incidents to management and escalate where needed.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with third parties/vendors and attend site meetings.
• Conduct routine site inspections for quality and safety.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and close-out activities.
