You will manage project setup, proposals, contracts, budgets, and reporting, with responsibilities spanning field and lab support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in construction materials testing or project management roles.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and attend project meetings and maintain client relationships.
• Review project setup and prepare advanced proposals for internal/external review.
• Perform contract reviews and negotiations.
• Monitor project budget and initiate change orders.
• Review, prepare and submit invoices.
• Review, prepare and submit test reports.
• Oversee project close-out activities.
• Ensure field testing and inspections are scheduled and performed correctly.
• Supervise and support field and laboratory personnel.
• Assist with equipment inventory and replacement as needed.
• Support other lab, field and administrative duties.
