Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business contact with the General Contractor.
• Review GC contracts and establish the Schedule of Values.
• Lead estimating handoff meetings and coordinate with estimating on rebar and concrete scopes.
• Own the overall project budget and manage subcontractor buyout.
• Review and approve invoices, and track RFIs and submittals.
