Elite Pipeline Services is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the estimation of costs and resources for bids on residential and commercial construction projects. You will manage the project life cycle to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and maintain strong relationships with customers to capture their preferences and requirements.

You will serve as the main point of contact post-award, tracking progress, preparing WIP billings, and addressing inquiries about progress and billing,

Responsibilities

• Achieve Monthly / Annual Revenue target.
• Lead Generation: research and target new customers.
• Create estimates and quotes from estimates; track bid status.
• Build project schedule and allocate resources.
• Execute project objectives: on-time delivery, right resources, logistics.
• Inspect completed projects and final walkthrough with stakeholders.
• Maintain client relations and communications; update schedules and timelines.
• Track labor hours to maximize productivity and ensure gross profit goals.
