Job summary

Bellwether is looking for an Associate in Dallas to manage construction projects within clients' portfolios. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in construction management or a similar field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in construction or project management.
• Experience with general contractor and consultant contract forms.
• Knowledge of entitlement and planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and construction projects for clients.
• Analyze construction progress for risks and opportunities.
• Prepare cost and design review reports for projects.
