Job summary

SNIPEBRIDGE is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead complex light- to mid-size commercial, multifamily and industrial projects across Texas. You will direct field teams, coordinate with clients and partners, and ensure projects meet schedule and budget targets from kick-off to closeout.

The role requires 6–10+ years in construction management, OSHA 30, and strong skills in scheduling, estimating, and financial oversight. This is an on-site position based in Dallas/Fort Worth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 6–10+ years of construction management experience with field supervision.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial management preferred.

Our client is a construction firm with offices across DFW, Houston, and Austin, delivering ground-up and renovation projects across commercial, multifamily, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and document project meetings with clients
• Manage construction field personnel, including teaming partners
• Negotiate and approve construction change orders
• Respond to requests for information (RFIs)
• Prepare proposals and presentations
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets
• Prepare and issue reports and correspondence
• Approve quantities for measurement and payment purposes
• Approve construction payment applications
• Resolve technical issues
• Perform constructability reviews and value engineering studies
• Lead risk management assessments
• Prepare and monitor quality control and assurance plans
• Develop standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred); equivalent field experience considered
• 6-10+ years of construction management experience, including direct field supervision
• Strong working knowledge of means, methods, and sequencing across trades
• Proficient with scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera and/or Suretrak preferred.
• Completed OSHA 30 class is required.
• Basic estimating skills preferred.
• Demonstrates an understanding of accounting and financial management preferred.
