Responsibilities:
Assist the project manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, track expenses, and report on key metrics to the project manager and stakeholders.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work is being performed according to specifications and safety standards.
Translate in English/Korean and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and project teams.
