Base Pay Range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Oversee and enforce compliance with AHCA Healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients as required.
  • Ensure safety standards are upheld on all project sites.
  • Foster effective communication among all project participants.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
  • Proven experience in managing construction projects within the AHCA Healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of AHCA regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
