Dominium is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead multi-project construction efforts, assess property needs, and drive timely, cost-effective completions. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction or project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and building systems.
• Experience in contractor and contract management.
• Excellent PM skills with multi-project leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Familiarity with affordable housing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction management across multiple projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop scopes of work and obtain bids from contractors.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions to agreements.
• Oversee contracting processes within budget and policy constraints.
• Manage projects from start to finish with quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with property management, asset management, and sales teams.
• Monitor contractor performance and address issues during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure work complies with safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain documentation of progress, expenses, and vendor communications.
• Provide regular updates on project status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies in repairs and construction.
