Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, plus 5+ years of construction project management experience in data centers or mission-critical facilities; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing construction schedules, budgets, and project deliverables.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and vendors.
• Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and familiarity with Bluebeam.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices; OSHA 30 certification, PMP certification, and data center cooling system experience are highly preferred.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Data Center Development team supporting lease providers, construction partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
