About the Role

Our client is seeking a results-oriented Senior Site Manager to oversee dynamic construction projects based in George . You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of site operations, including the coordination of diverse teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with building codes.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in construction management , with significant site leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects from inception to completion.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with excellent organizational and communication skills .
• Relevant professional certification or degree in a construction-related field is preferred.
