Placements24 is seeking a hands-on Construction Foreman to lead daily operations on multiple job sites in California. You will supervise a crew of skilled tradespeople, ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to read blueprints, interpret plans, and coordinate with project managers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a crew of skilled tradespeople and labourers, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of construction trades, committed to driving project success from the ground up. This role is crucial for maintaining productivity and ensuring the successful execution of building projects within the Free State province. You will be the primary on-site supervisor, managing workflow and team performance.
