Job summary

Dobco, Inc. is a New Jersey-based General Contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to own projects from ground-up through completion.

The role demands hands-on leadership, oversight of schedule, budget, contracts, and overall execution on diverse commercial, institutional, educational, and government programs across New Jersey. You will collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, owners, and internal teams; manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience with a General Contractor.
• Experience managing commercial, institutional, educational, or government projects.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, contracts, budgets, and schedules.
• Procore experience preferred.
• 100% company-paid medical.

Dobco is a New Jersey-based General Contractor with 35+ years of experience delivering large-scale commercial, institutional, educational, and government projects throughout the state. Our projects range from $40M to $250M+.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of projects from ground-up through completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from ground-up through closeout, including schedule, budget, contracts, and overall execution
• Work closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, owners, and internal teams
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, buyout, and project documentation
• Monitor project costs, schedules, and overall performance
• Lead project meetings and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and moving forward

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
