Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Experience with commercial, institutional, educational, or government construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong subcontractor and field management skills.

Dobco is a New Jersey-based General Contractor with more than 35 years of experience delivering complex commercial, institutional, educational, and government construction projects. We currently have 27+ active projects throughout Northern and Central New Jersey, ranging from approximately $30 million to $250 million.

Position Overview

The Construction Superintendent will oversee all day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to plans and specifications.
