Your new role

• Oversee projects valued between $1M - $10M
• Manage project scheduling, buyouts and change orders
• Lead cross-functional teams to success
• Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders
• Manage risks and ensure project success
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in commercial interior construction
• Experience in food & beverage, hotels or complex commercial renovations is preferred.
• Ability to manage 1–3 projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
