Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate all phases of our commercial projects, from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear updates to clients and internal leadership.
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety standards, and contract requirements.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify challenges, and implement effective solutions.
• Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
• Mentor and manage project teams and site staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial building systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
