Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment USA is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee ground-up projects in the Raleigh/Durham area. The role manages budgets, schedules, subcontractors and client relations from preconstruction through completion on projects valued $20M–$80M.

The successful candidate will be proficient with Procore and construction management software, have 3+ years of GC PM experience, and be within a 1-hour commute of Raleigh/Durham to ensure timely delivery

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Project Management with a Commercial General Contractor.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors and change orders.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, procurement and contract administration.
• Procore and construction management software proficiency.
• Experience on public and/or private commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from preconstruction through completion, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead coordination with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety standards.

Salary:

$120,000–$155,000 base + company vehicle + bonus

Join a well-established, family-run General Contractor with a strong commercial construction backlog and a robust pipeline of commercial construction projects across the Raleigh and Durham markets.

They are looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to manage ground-up construction projects valued between $20M–$80M across public and private sectors.

The Commercial Construction Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction through completion, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
