Job summary

Housing Authority of the City of Newark is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead construction initiatives from inception to completion within regulatory requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably residential or commercial.
• Experience with housing authorities or similar public sector entities is highly desirable.

This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
