Job summary

Castelion Corporation is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Torrance, CA to plan and execute build-outs of new sites. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, architects, and authorities to deliver facilities on time and within budget, with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment.

The role requires 5+ years in construction PM, strong knowledge of contracts, permitting, and project controls, and willingness to travel between sites. Generous benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction projects—from initial planning and permitting through ground-breaking to commissioning and handover.

• Translate program and engineering requirements into facility specifications with leadership.
• Source and manage contractors, negotiate contracts, and oversee day-to-day execution.
• Coordinate with local jurisdictions to secure necessary permits and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Provide regular reporting on progress, cost, and key milestones to leadership.
• Travel as needed to support active and upcoming site development projects.

Construction Project Manager

As Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing the build-out of new sites for Castelion. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, architects, and local authorities to ensure our facilities are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our mission needs. This role requires a high level of autonomy, field presence, and the ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
