Job summary

Colorado Structures, Inc. DBA CSI Construction Company in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial projects from pre-construction through closeout, with a strong focus on multi-family builds.

You will plan, coordinate, budget, and supervise to meet scope, schedule, and safety goals, collaborating with owners, subs, architects, and internal teams. The role requires 5+ years in construction project management and expertise in reviewing drawings,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • MUST have recent relevant multi-family experience, to include knowledge of build types, relevant size and scope.
  • 5+ years of experience managing construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and scheduling practices.
  • Experience with project management and construction software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, or similar).
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor project budgets, review cost reports, and approve invoices and change orders.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Lead project meetings with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with superintendents and field teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, financials, and timelines.

Position Summary

CSI Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through final completion. with high focus on multi-family builds. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising projects to ensure they are completed safely, on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
