Job summary

Four Peaks Building Group, LLC. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for commercial construction contracts in Scottsdale, AZ.

You will lead the project team from start to finish, coordinating material procurement, subcontracts, scheduling, RFI's, cost tracking, change orders, and closeout. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in project management within commercial construction and holds a BS degree or equivalent, with strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in project management.
• Three to five years of experience in commercial construction.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong documentation skills and proactive issue resolution.
• Ability to write professional emails and letters.
• Ability to organize and archive project documentation.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of construction plans, materials and methods.

Responsibilities

• Work with the project superintendent to manage customer/owner and subcontractor expectations.
• Attend pre-construction, project, and staff meetings.
• Monitor and track quantities and prepare monthly billing invoices.
• Verify and approve invoices from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and update project schedules.
• Process change orders.
• Communicate progress and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage all aspects of project execution including safety, quality control and integrity.
• Review and provide accurate project costs and forecasting.

Four Peaks Building Group, LLC. is looking for an experienced Project Manager for commercial construction contracts. The ideal candidate will be motivated and team orientated, to help support a project team on a wide variety of construction projects. The Project manager is the primary contact and manages projects from start to finish, including material procurement, subcontracts, submittals, scheduling, RFI's, cost tracking, budget/cost code reports, change orders, and project closeout.

Location: Scottsdale, AZCompensation: Market based + candidate experienceSchedule: 8 hour regular shift but longer hours may be required depending on various circumstancesJob Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

This position requires a strong understanding of commercial construction methods, attention to detail, data analysis, the ability to prioritize and execute, problem solve, and have excellent documentation skills, and good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all project team members

• Work with the project superintendent, establishing, maintaining, and managing customer/owner, and subcontractor expectations
