Job summary

Vitality Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial interior and tenant improvement projects across the San Francisco Bay Area. You will own projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, client relationships and teams.

The role offers growth towards senior management with performance-based bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven experience managing commercial interiors or tenant improvements.

We're seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial interior and tenant improvement projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

Our client has built an exciting business around high-quality commercial interiors while creating an environment where ambitious construction professionals can take on more responsibility as they prove themselves. The company is growing and this is an opportunity for a Project Manager who wants real opportunity for growth into Senior Management.

You'll take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, client relationships and project teams. You'll work closely with senior leadership and field operations while having the opportunity to become increasingly involved in larger projects, key client relationships and broader business initiatives as your career develops.
