Job summary

Vitality Group in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial interior and tenant improvement projects across the region.

You will own field operations from mobilization through closeout, direct subcontractors, manage the schedule, uphold quality and safety, and coordinate with the Project Manager and clients, architects, consultants, and trades to keep projects on track. Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven experience leading commercial interiors or tenant improvement or similar projects.
• Strong scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control and safety skills.
• Strong communication and field leadership skills.

We're seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial interior and tenant improvement projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

The position offers a base salary of $180,000-$240,000, bonus potential tied to performance, comprehensive benefits and a vehicle, vehicle allowance or gas allowance.
