Job summary

Renewyx is seeking a Healthcare Construction Superintendent to lead hospital and medical facility projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will run the site day to day, owning schedule, budget, subs, and safety on active healthcare construction.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, ensure ICRA and interim life safety measures, and manage renovations in occupied facilities alongside new builds. Procore or similar PM software experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Superintendent on healthcare construction projects (hospitals, medical office buildings, or similar clinical facilities).
• Working knowledge of ICRA and interim life safety measures (ILSM) protocols.
• Strong command of schedule, budget, subcontractor management, and site safety.
• Experience renovating occupied or active healthcare facilities alongside new construction.
• Procore or similar project management software.

Renewyx have partnered with a growing general contractor to bring on a Healthcare Construction Superintendent for their pipeline of hospital and medical facility projects in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Live pipeline. Clinical builds. Real ownership of the site.

Run the site day to day on healthcare construction projects. Own schedule, budget, subs, and safety, while keeping ICRA and interim life safety measures on point throughout.

• Proven track record as a Superintendent on healthcare construction projects (hospitals, medical office buildings, or similar clinical facilities)
• Working knowledge of ICRA and interim life safety measures (ILSM) protocols
• Strong command of schedule, budget, subcontractor management, and site safety
• Experience renovating occupied or active healthcare facilities alongside new construction
• Procore or similar project management software
• $150,000 to $180,000 base salary + above market benefits
