Job description

The ideal candidate will have TI experience with corporate real estate firms that do Class A tenant improvements in SATX and have long term relationships, someone who has also dine Medical and has Ground up is very desirable. Design build experience, preconstruction or a natural flare for business development. You will work with the owner and director of operations in Austin and act as the point of contact for clients and lead the SATX operations.
