Job summary

The Green Solution LLC in Austin is seeking a seasoned Interiors General Contractor Project Manager to lead multiple Class A TI projects from $750K to $5M. You will spearhead day-to-day operations, ensure safety and quality, and maintain strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates will handle 2–3 projects simultaneously, communicate progress to clients and project managers, and supervise subcontractors while keeping schedules aggressive and on track.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of interiors general contracting experience.
• Experience managing 2–3 projects concurrently.
• Ability to read construction documents and manage budgets from $750K–$5M.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years' experience working for an Interiors General Contractor running multiple Class A Office TI's from 750K to 5M+. They should be able to run 2-3+ at the same time and be able to handle an aggressive schedule. This candidate should be professional, articulate and be able to represent the company in preconstruction interviews.
