ARCO National Holdings in Kansas City (Riverside) seeks a Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. You will manage estimates, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, procurement and coordination with owners and the design team.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of PM experience, design-build exposure, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam or MS Project. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required, with ARCO offering strong benefits and

• Design-build experience preferred.
• Proficiency with PM software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of construction projects, including estimating, contract negotiations, proposal preparation, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution.
• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate.
• Work closely with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Participate in the proposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideas.
• Oversee the buyout process and the selection of subcontractors.
• Conduct biweekly job site meetings on site.
• Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
• Commit to quality by evaluating project-related processes.
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines to meet/exceed client expectations.

A Day in the Life:

Necessary Qualifications:

• At least 3-5+ years of project management experience. We are open to experience levels
• Highly prefer design-build experience
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required
