A well-established construction firm in Placentia, California, seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of project management experience in specialty interiors and possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Responsibilities include managing projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring compliance with contract specifications, and preparing financial forecasts. Offering a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 annually based on experience.

Project Managers Are Responsible For

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee field operations, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Ensure work complies with contract documents, drawings, specifications, and QA/safety standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and change orders.
• Drive project profitability and identify opportunities for value engineering and efficiencies.
• Prepare and present monthly cost reports and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate material takeoffs and procurement with field leadership and purchasing.
• Attend jobsite meetings, GC/owner meetings, and customer events as required.
• Administer contracts, including RFIs, submittals, ASIs, RFQs, and change management.
• Monitor staffing levels, resource allocation, and field productivity.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for project teams.
