Job summary

Zyve in Phoenix, AZ seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead tilt wall industrial warehouse projects from inception to closeout. This onsite role requires strategic oversight, coordinating field crews, subs, and clients to deliver on time and within budget.

You will develop budgets, manage schedules and change orders, review drawings, and ensure safety and quality standards across all stages of the project. Five+ years in tilt wall PM required; MS Office proficient.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tilt wall construction experience with PM oversight.
• Ability to lead industrial warehouse projects from start to finish.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and change order management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project information including plans, drawings and specs.
• Manage material pricing and coordinate deliveries with field personnel.
• Track drawings, RFIs, and generate change orders when needed.
• Develop and oversee budgets from start to finish.
• Communicate schedule expectations to internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate with clients, superintendents, foremen and field crews to ensure quality and productivity.
• Source bids and coordinate purchases of materials and subcontractor services.
• Ensure timely monthly billings using AIA documents and promote safety.

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Requirements: 5+ Years Construction Project Management Experience leading Tilt Wall Projects

We seek an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial warehouse projects from inception through completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and delivering results on time and within budget. The successful candidate will be based onsite in Phoenix and will serve as a key leader within our project management team.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain accurate project information, including plans, drawings, and specifications
• Manage material pricing and coordinate deliveries with field personnel
• Track drawing updates and RFIs, generate change order requests as needed
• Develop and oversee project budgets from commencement to completion
• Communicate schedule expectations to internal teams and clients
• Coordinate with clients, superintendents, foremen, and field crews to uphold quality standards and improve productivity
• Source bids and coordinate purchase of material and subcontractor services
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly billings using AIA documents
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance
• Effectively resolve field-related issues

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of tilt wall construction experience, including at least 2+ years in project management
• Extensive knowledge of concrete work, including foundations, walls, slabs, and tilt-up operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and overall computer systems
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and detail-orientation
• Proven track record of effective decision-making and accountability
