MRG Construction Management Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Peabody, MA to lead construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

You will negotiate subcontractors, develop master schedules, oversee field superintendents, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field and 5+ years of project management experience, with proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years construction project management experience.
• Experience preferred in Procore; Microsoft Project; MS Office Suite.
• Licenses preferred but not required: OSHA 10/30; CSL; HIC.
• Flexibility to meet project schedules.
• Effectively establish good working relationships with staff, clients, design professionals, superintendents, subcontractors and crew.
• Comfortable working under pressure and in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.

Responsabilités

• Maintain safety on site and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Document changes in Microsoft Project and distribute updated versions via Procore.
• Ensure construction occurs according to schedule and within budgetary guidelines.
• Complete weekly meetings, reports and budget spreadsheet to track progress.
• Prepare and track all submittals and RFIs through Procore.
• Approve project invoices and manage pay apps to clients.
• Complete punch list and project closeout requirements.
• Travel required to various project sites.

MRG Construction Management Inc., is looking to hire a Project Manager. MRG is a Commercial General Contracting Construction Management Company located in Peabody, MA

Responsibilities:

Pre-construction:

• Award and negotiate subcontractors with the aim to improve profitability of projects
• Schedule meetings to review all plans and specifications of each project
• Create a master schedule to distribute to Superintendent and subcontractors

Manage and oversee Superintendent(s) in the field:

• Ensure he or she is properly supervising all subcontractors attendance and performance on job sites
• Communicate with Superintendent to ensure schedule is being followed in a timely manner
• Maintain safety and ensure all staff including subcontractors, superintendents on the construction site follow proper safety rules and regulations

Construction phase:

• Document in Microsoft Project any changes made to the master schedule and distribute updated version to all parties involved in the project through Procore
• Ensure that construction occurs according to schedule and within budgetary guidelines
• Complete weekly meetings, reports and budget spreadsheet to track project progress
• Prepare and track all submittals and RFI’s through Procore
• Approve project invoices provided to MRG by the subcontractors and pay apps to clients
• Complete punch list and project closeout requirements
• Travel required to various project sites
