Charlie Mike Recruiting partnering with an industry-leading construction firm is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, resources, and coordination with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction project management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Project and Procore.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
  • PMP or similar project management certification (preferred).
  • Proficient in project management software e.g., MS Project, Procore.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and timely financial tracking.
  • Lead and coordinate construction teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal personnel.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns.
  • Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
  • Oversee the permitting process, ensuring all necessary legal and regulatory approvals are in place.
  • Monitor project schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time, adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Prepare and submit regular project reports, including budget updates, progress assessments, and final project reviews.

Position Overview

The Construction Project Manager isresponsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. This role involves managing timelines, budgets, resources, and coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure the project is completed on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with experience in managing complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and timely financial tracking.
