The successful candidate will manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution while ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality expectations. Applicants should have proven experience with a General Contractor, along with direct project management experience in various types of building construction, such as commercial and healthcare projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager working for a General Contractor.
• Direct experience managing building construction projects (commercial, institutional, mixed-use, healthcare, education, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Oversee project schedules, cost controls, and change management.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Communicate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, and field leadership.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
