Masis Professional Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects in the Boston area. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction planning through closeout, coordinating across subs, vendors, and design teams to meet milestones and budgets.

The role requires strong leadership and communication, with experience managing ground-up projects and reading detailed drawings and contracts.

• Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction and planning through execution, completion, and project closeout.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and financial objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, owners, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents to identify potential issues, coordinate solutions, and maintain project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, costs, procurement, material deliveries, and subcontractor performance while proactively addressing scheduling, budget, and field-related challenges.
• Oversee project quality, safety, and communication while working closely with the Site Superintendent and field personnel to ensure projects are completed successfully.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and other project documentation.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management or scheduling software required; bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
