Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead large projects from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, and teams, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–7+ years in construction PM, with travel up to 25%. Remote work within the USA is allowed, with full benefits and competitive pay.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–7+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and teams.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of assigned construction projects, including pre-construction planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues, delays, or cost overruns.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, local building codes, and safety standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to leadership and clients.
  • Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections, including travel to project locations (~25%).
  • Support procurement and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings and ongoing coordination meetings

Pay: $75,000-$95,000/Year (commensurate with experience)

  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically (~25%)
  • Must currently reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, CCM, or OSHA 30 certification
  • Experience with commercial, industrial, or critical infrastructure construction projects
  • Familiarity with estimating and bid preparation
