Job summary

gpac is seeking a skilled Residential Project Manager to lead multiple home-building projects in South Central, SD on-site. You will oversee projects from groundbreaking through final walkthrough, coordinate subcontractors, monitor schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of residential construction PM experience, reads blueprints well, and communicates effectively with homeowners and leadership.

• Strong knowledge of residential building methods and construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
