Job summary

gpac is seeking a Residential Project Manager to lead multiple home construction projects on-site in South Central, SD. You will manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while ensuring top craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

You will read plans, coordinate teams, and communicate progress to homeowners and leadership, maintaining safety and quality standards at every step.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of residential construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential building methods and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing project schedules.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
