Job summary

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and vendors, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and drive projects to successful handover using industry tools like Procore, Primavera, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience with design-build and capital construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and commissioning.
• Experience managing contractors, permits, and project delivery.
