Job summary

gpac is assisting a well-established, growing commercial general contractor in Wisconsin in hiring an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager. This role focuses on leading complex commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout, with emphasis on delivering safety, schedule, and budget performance while building lasting client and team relationships.

• Interest in MultiFamily projects
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration
• Coordinate subcontractors and leading cross-functional project teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
