Job summary

Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal is seeking a qualified project manager to oversee take-offs, cost estimates, client relations, and project profitability. You will coordinate with estimators, engineering, payroll, and field crews to ensure projects meet specifications and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in roofing/construction, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in the roofing/construction industry.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills; both internal and external.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete project take-offs and cost estimates.
• Provide outstanding customer service to potential and existing customers.
• Generate new business to meet divisional goals.
• Manage crews in an effective manner.
• Act as the single point of contact with the customer(s).
• Total responsibility for project profitability and quality.
• Interacts with estimators, engineering, payroll and other support personnel during all phases of construction.
• Support field foreman and corporate safety program during the construction phase.
• Change Order management and administration.
• Job Cost Management.
• Process and manage the accuracy of time and material cost items.
• Other duties as assigned.
