Job summary

Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead roofing projects from initial site assessment to completion. You will develop estimates, diagnose roof conditions, and ensure exceptional customer service while generating new business. Strong organization and communication skills are essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver’s license are required. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent construction experience may be considered.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in roofing/construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but will accept construction experience in lieu of.
• Experience with Single Ply Membrane, Built-Up Roof Systems, Shingle Roof Systems and Metal Roof Systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Job site visits, measuring and inspecting commercial and residential roofs.
• Develop estimates for design build, TFO, preventive maintenance agreements, and repairs of all roof types.
• Diagnose roof leaks and deficiencies on all roof systems.
• Provide outstanding customer service to potential and existing customers.
• Generate new business and manage projects from inception to completion and follow-up.
• Project a professional company image in person and on the phone.
