  • Participate in project meetings, site visits, and inspections to monitor progress
  • Deliver a Superior Client Experience while developing project management skills
This role is highly field‑based:

  • Serves as an on‑site liaison between subcontractors, clients, vendors, and the HEAPY project team to ensure clear communication and alignment with project requirements
  • Verifies that safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies are followed on all active job sites
  • Assists with the review of drawings, submittals, contracts, and project documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Supports project progress tracking, reporting, and documentation, including schedules, meeting notes, cost control, and progress billing updates
  • Coordinates and participates in progress meetings with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
  • Identifies project risks, issues, or potential delays and escalates them appropriately to senior project leaders
  • Builds strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and reliable execution, contributing to a Superior Client Experience
  • Collaborates with senior project managers, operations managers, and practice leaders to ensure team alignment and timely project execution
  • Engages in ongoing technical and professional development aligned with individual and team OKR goals
